620.8 Phthalo Green Tint

Each PanPastel color is loaded with the finest quality artists’ pigments for the most concentrated colors possible. They are made using a unique manufacturing process requiring minimal binder & fillers, resulting in rich, ultra soft and super-blendable colors.

All PanPastel colors are mixable for an infinite palette of colors.

All colors qualify for AP seal (no health labelling required) and have been independently tested to ASTM D-4236 standards and for lightfastness.
